The Wharton Police Department announced that Titus Express Car Wash raised and donated more than $15,000 during its recent Customer Appreciation Day, offering a major boost to this year’s Blue Santa Project.
The event was a collaboration between Titus Express Car Wash and WPD, bringing together community members to support local children ahead of the holiday season. WPD says the donation will have a significant impact, helping ensure that many young children in Wharton receive gifts and support this Christmas.
Last year, the Blue Santa Project directly served over 1,100 children from nearly 400 families, reflecting the growing need within the community and the importance of strong partnerships like this one.
WPD expressed gratitude for Titus Express Car Wash and the continued support from the community, noting that collaborative efforts like this help make the Blue Santa program possible each year.
